Headphone Testing: Multi-Dimensional Audio Quality Score (free online seminar)  

Audio quality is an essential criterion for headphone users, and manufacturers strive for efficient sound quality evaluation that meets real-life challenges. The frequency response arguably is one of the vital sound quality indicators. However, it tells us only a part of the whole story. So, what more is there to sound quality perception?

In our first seminar, we introduced a new quality score. This second seminar will present how to apply this new MOS metric for evaluating audio quality in headphones with MDAQS (Multi-Dimensional Audio Quality Score). We will examine the performance of several headphones in terms of both frequency response and using MDAQS, elaborating on how MDAQS helps you get better and more accurate indicators for audio playback performance than frequency response measurements.
